Welcome to TripNest (the “Platform”), operated by TripNest by József Pilip, registered in Lucerne, Switzerland ("TripNest", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Platform and any related services.
1. Role of TripNest
TripNest is a marketplace platform that connects travel organizers ("Organizers") with travelers ("Users") interested in purchasing travel-related services.
TripNest does not organize, operate, or deliver any tours or travel services directly.
We do not verify, control, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any content, offer, or service provided by Organizers.
2. User Eligibility
There are no age restrictions for browsing the Platform.
However, Users must be of legal age in their country to book and pay for services.
3. Accounts and Access
You may browse the Platform without registering.
To post or book offers, you may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Bookings and Payments
All payments are processed via Stripe, our secure payment provider.
By booking an experience, you agree to the specific terms outlined by the Organizer.
Payments may include platform fees, organizer fees, and applicable taxes.
TripNest does not handle refunds directly.
Any refund or cancellation requests must be made directly with the Organizer.
5. Trip Cancellations or Changes
TripNest is not responsible for:
- Trip cancellations by the Organizer
- Changes in schedule
- Service quality issues
We reserve the right to suspend or remove listings that violate our rules.
6. Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of their listings
- The delivery and safety of their services
- Managing refund/cancellation policies
- Complying with local laws and regulations
7. Off-Platform Bookings and Direct Contact
Organizers agree that all inquiries, booking requests, negotiations, confirmations, modifications, repeat bookings, extensions, and payments that originate from leads introduced through TripNest must remain on the Platform.
Before a booking is confirmed on TripNest, Organizers must not:
- Share phone numbers, WhatsApp, Telegram, email addresses, websites, or social media links
- Redirect Users to external payment methods
- Encourage direct bookings outside TripNest
- Circumvent platform fees or agreed commissions
- Use third parties or indirect methods to complete bookings outside the Platform
Any direct or indirect attempt to bypass TripNest’s booking, payment, or commission flow may result in:
- Immediate listing removal
- Account suspension or permanent ban
- Temporary payout holds
- Recovery of unpaid commissions related to bypassed bookings
8. Limitation of Liability
TripNest is not liable for:
- Injuries or losses during travel
- Disputes between Organizers and Users
- Service interruptions or platform issues
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (text, images, logos, design) is the property of TripNest or its respective owners.
You may not use or reproduce any content without prior permission.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated “Last Updated” date.
